What booth size options do you have?

We have multiple options for rental space. We have three 8’x20’ shipping container booths with hall space behind each. Two of the containers have an 8’ hood with fire suppression. The third container does not have a hood but does have a large window that opens to our patio. This makes it a great option for a vendor such as ice cream or snow cones. We also have a pizza booth outfitted with a large commercial pizza oven. And lastly we have a large coffee shop/bakery style space with large counter space and a commercial convection oven and drive thru window.

Do I need to rent the booth fully or can I share?

We want to use the space most efficiently so if we need to get creative we can! We would be open to negotiating a part time price for a vendor who wants to rent just breakfast and lunch and then turns it over to another vendor for dinner, for example. We also would rent time as a commissary kitchen during our closed hours for prep of wholesale items or a food trailer.

Are you just looking for food vendors?

No. We have sold merchandise with a commission split for vendors. We are open to this arrangement if your product fits with our brand. We would also entertain the idea of an occassional retail pop up shop.

How much is it?

We negotiate every deal individually. We prefer a combination of low base rent and a percent of revenue to make sure that both incentives are aligned. The percent of revenue also covers the utilities and shared space costs such as marketing and entertainment.
